Acceptance of TermsYour use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.Where you use the Services on behalf of a company, organisation or another legal entity, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.Vedant Enterprises may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.

Description of ServicesVedant Enterprises provides support services to customers through available communication and service channels.The exact scope, availability, pricing and nature of a particular service may vary depending on the service selected by the customer. We may communicate with customers regarding service requests, enquiries, account-related matters, appointments, updates, support issues, transactions and other legitimate business purposes.Vedant Enterprises may use third-party technology providers to facilitate communication and service delivery.We do not guarantee that every communication channel will be continuously available. Availability may be affected by internet connectivity, telecommunications networks, third-party platforms, maintenance, technical failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. EligibilityYou must have the legal capacity required under applicable Indian law to enter into an agreement and use our Services.If you are below the age at which you can independently provide valid consent under applicable law, you should use our Services only with appropriate parental or legal guardian involvement where required.You must provide truthful and accurate information when interacting with Vedant Enterprises.

User ResponsibilitiesUsers agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly.You must not use Vedant Enterprises’ Services or messaging facilities to:send unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or deceptive communications;distribute malware, malicious code or harmful material;harass, threaten or abuse another person;violate another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights;send spam or unsolicited commercial communications where prohibited;distribute prohibited, illegal or restricted content;engage in impersonation or fraudulent activity;interfere with the operation or security of our systems;attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;circumvent applicable messaging-platform restrictions;use automated systems in a manner that violates applicable platform rules; orotherwise violate applicable Indian law or regulations.You are responsible for obtaining all permissions, licences and consents necessary for information or content you provide to Vedant Enterprises.
8. Payment & Billing TermsWhere Services are provided for a fee, applicable charges will be communicated to the customer before or during the purchase or service process.Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are payable according to the payment terms communicated by Vedant Enterprises.The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing information and completing payments through the available payment method.Applicable taxes, including GST where legally applicable, may be charged in addition to stated prices.Third-party payment providers may process transactions on behalf of Vedant Enterprises. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.If a payment is reversed, declined or otherwise unsuccessful, Vedant Enterprises may suspend or restrict the applicable paid service until the payment issue is resolved.
9. Subscription Renewal & TerminationWhere Vedant Enterprises offers subscription-based Services, the applicable subscription period, renewal terms and charges will be communicated to the customer.Unless expressly stated otherwise, a subscription may automatically renew where the customer has agreed to an automatic renewal arrangement.Customers may request cancellation in accordance with the cancellation terms applicable to the relevant Service.Vedant Enterprises may suspend or terminate Services where:payment obligations remain unpaid;the customer materially breaches these Terms;the Service is being used unlawfully;continued service creates a security, legal or operational risk; ortermination is required by law or a relevant third-party platform.Termination does not automatically extinguish obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, confidentiality, indemnification, limitation of liability and outstanding payment obligations.
10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCSWhere applicable, Vedant Enterprises may use official WhatsApp Business Platform/API services and RCS-enabled messaging infrastructure provided through authorised technology partners.Use of WhatsApp is subject to applicable Meta and WhatsApp terms, policies and business messaging requirements. RCS communications may also be subject to requirements imposed by Google, carriers, telecom operators, messaging providers and other relevant ecosystem participants.Vedant Enterprises will not knowingly use official messaging channels for prohibited purposes or knowingly facilitate communications that violate applicable platform policies.Messaging may be subject to template approval, sender verification, registration, consent requirements, quality controls, rate limits and other technical or policy restrictions.The availability of WhatsApp or RCS services is not guaranteed by Vedant Enterprises because these services depend partly on independent third-party platforms and telecommunications infrastructure.
11. Message Delivery & Compliance PolicyVedant Enterprises seeks to send communications only for legitimate business and support purposes.Where required by applicable law or platform policy, we will seek appropriate user consent before sending promotional or other communications.Users may request that certain communications stop, subject to communications that are necessary to provide a requested service, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or protect security.Where an opt-out mechanism is provided, users should follow the instructions supplied in the relevant communication.We may maintain records relating to communication preferences and opt-out requests so that those preferences can be respected.Message delivery can be affected by network availability, device settings, carrier restrictions, spam filtering, WhatsApp/Meta policies, RCS availability and other factors outside our control. Consequently, Vedant Enterprises does not guarantee that every message will be delivered, delivered immediately or displayed exactly as transmitted.
12. Intellectual Property RightsUnless otherwise stated, the website, branding, logos, service descriptions, designs, text, graphics and other materials created or provided by Vedant Enterprises are owned by or licensed to Vedant Enterprises and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.You may use such materials only for legitimate use of the Services.You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit Vedant Enterprises’ proprietary materials without prior written permission, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.Users retain ownership of content they lawfully submit to Vedant Enterprises, subject to the rights necessary for us to provide the Services.
13. ConfidentialityVedant Enterprises will take reasonable measures to protect confidential information received in connection with its Services.Users must also take reasonable measures to protect confidential information received from Vedant Enterprises.Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available without breach, was lawfully known before disclosure, is independently developed, or must be disclosed under applicable law or lawful governmental authority.
14. Disclaimer of WarrantiesTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Services are provided on an “as available” basis.Vedant Enterprises does not warrant that Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure or available at all times.We do not warrant that third-party platforms, WhatsApp, RCS, telecommunications networks, internet services or external systems will operate without interruption.Information supplied through support channels is intended to assist customers but should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular commercial, financial, technical or other outcome unless expressly agreed in writing.Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.
15. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vedant Enterprises will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the Services where such limitation is legally permissible.This may include loss of profits, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings or loss arising from third-party service interruptions.Vedant Enterprises’ liability, where legally applicable, will be limited to the extent permitted by law and, where appropriate and lawful, to the amount paid by the customer for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the relevant period.Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under Indian law.
16. IndemnificationTo the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vedant Enterprises, its proprietor, representatives and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of applicable laws or platform policies.This provision does not require you to indemnify Vedant Enterprises for losses caused by Vedant Enterprises’ own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be transferred.
17. Governing Law (India)These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.Subject to applicable law, courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra, India, shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from exercising any mandatory statutory right or remedy available under applicable law.
18. Changes to TermsVedant Enterprises may modify these Terms when necessary to reflect changes in Services, technology, legal requirements, platform policies or business practices.The updated version will be made available through our website or other appropriate communication channel.Where applicable law requires advance notice or specific consent, Vedant Enterprises will follow the relevant requirement.
